Ordering Information

By placing an order through the webstore you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

SHIPPING:

- We only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Estimated shipping times for all U.S. orders are 1-2 weeks, many times sooner. 
- Estimated shipping times for orders outside of the U.S. are generally 2-3 weeks.
- All orders are shipped within a few days of when they are placed. We are at the post office several times a week mailing out your orders. Please be patient and do not fear as we are on top of our game.
- YOU are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible if your order does not make it to you (especially outside of the US). Once it is in the mail it is out of our hands. Refunds will not be given for orders claimed to have not arrived.
- We also reserve the right to refuse orders from any customer at any time that we feel may be making a fraudulent order.

RETURNS:

- If your package was damaged during shipping please contact us.
- If something is defective or you received the wrong size or color please contact us first.
- Exchanges or store credit will be given for all returns, NO REFUNDS.
